Since the timing of getting by DC is always important. thought I'd share this info.
We just got back from a trip to Williamsburg and took I-95 down and back. Going down,we got to the DC Mixing Bowl at about 11:30 AM. Pleased to report that the new Flyover worked quite well and tho there was certainly lots of traffic, we passed by the area in very good shape.
Should add of course that there were no accidents and weather was clear.
