Replacing Crocs rivets...

I ordered the Nile style and the rivets aren't matching on the two shoes! I have another pair I thought I'd just swap out the rivets so I can wear my new ones, but I can't figure out how to take the rivets off!

I know it can be done (I think???) cause I called Crocs and they are sending me a new set of rivets in the mail, but it has been a week now and I really want to wear my new pair.

Anyone know???

Can't answer your question, so I'll just bump this back to page one.

I pulled mine out with a hammer - you know you part on the end that you use to pull nails out. Didn't damage the Niles at all.

Thanks. I called Crocs and they told me to cut them off???

Anyway, Zappos had one last pair in the color and size I wanted so I just ordered another pair and will return the other with the mismatched rivets. Plus, I'd hate to cut them and mess up the shoes and not be able to return them...

Zappos has been so fast I figure I'll get them Monday, still sooner than the rivets I've been waiting for from Crocs.
