replacement for a damaged item shipped by Disney

My Dbride purchased 2 sets of Mickey Halloween votive candles. So we could travel lighter, we had them shipped. We received them on Halloween day (thank you Disney for quick delivery). Only problem is – one of the six was damaged. What phone number do we call to get a replacement shipped?

They should take care of you. We bought the Fantasmic! cd and it came with no cd in it! We called and they delivered us a new one.

Definitely call them and get it replaced. They are so good about it that it is why I always ship everything from WDW, when we go there.
