Replace a Military Ticket?

One of my relatives used 2 of the 3 days on their military tickets and now she can't find them and she was going to go with us one day this week. There's four in the family. Is there any way to replace a lost military tickets that had one day remaining on it? She called once and was told no.

There is no way to track the ticket. One suggestion that I have read on several forums, is to take a photo of the bar code, and they can use the numbers that way.

I am sorry for your family member, and I hope she finds her ticket.

They told us at the gate that the military tickets could not be replaced if they were lost. We asked as DS10 wanted to carry his own.

I was planning on giving her the photo copy tip when I see her. Oh darn, hindsight is always better.

They replaced our lost ticket at wdw this July
Took about ten minutes BUT we needed the numbers on the back, always take pictures of your tickets
Edit - if you got the tickets all at once, you might be able to get the code based on the others, ours where numbered in order
