Renting/Transferring Points

I'm a fairly new DVC member at BLT. I'm looking to get some more points for a ** trip at * and was considering renting points:

1. What is a ballpark amount that * points seem to be going for right now?
2. What are the important things to know about renting/transferring points?

Please visit our DVC Rent/Trade Board where you will get a feel for amounts being charged for rentals and transfers. $10 per point seems to be about the average, some less when they are distressed points, and some a bit more.
