After our last WDW trip last month, we have decided not to plan anymore WDW family trips for a while. We have planned one more family trip to HHI next summer, but after that we are slowing down. Our oldest DS is close to going to college and will be getting a job soon so it will be hard to plan so far out. Instead, we plan on some shorter, more spontaneous family trips to closer locations while my DH and I continue going to WDW together. So, my question is about renting points. Since I won't need as many points since I won't be needing a 2 BR, I was thinking of renting them. I know I can go through some rental companies to do this, but I have some friends who are planning WDW trips with their families in the next couple of years. I thought about offering to rent the points to them, but I don't know how to go about it. Has anyone ever done this? If so, what process did you take and what did you put in the contract? What kind of cancellation policies did you have in place?
