Renting points with DP option--how much per point?

I know this has been mentioned in several recent threads, but I am curious about what DVCers think we will be able to get per point now that renters can add on the Dining Plan. When you consider that they won't have to buy the base ticket OR pay rack rate at a resort, it seems to me that the value of our points just went up considerably. As it is, I have been able to rent BCV points for more than the going rate of 10 per point. With the dining plan option, 15 per point doesn't seem out of the question. Any thoughts on this?

I was wondering about this from another angle: Doesn't the dining plan have to be added into the reservation before arrival at the resort thus requiring the member to add it in? If so, how would the payment work?

The dining plan is added to reservation but paid at checkin , i think.
