Renting Points 7/29 - 8/5

I am new to this. I would like to rent some points for my 7/29 - 8/5 vacation. However, I have no idea how to go about this. Any resort is fine.

I would like to know how to go about paying for the room. I understand that payment is made directly to the member. I guess my biggest question is, can I pay a deposit and then pay the balance closer to the time my vacation. How far in advance do I have to have the balance paid? What kind of cancellation policy would there be?

If there is anyone who has points available and can give me some additional information, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Every person who rents points can do what ever he/she wants. We require 1/2 nonrefundable at time ofconfirmation and 1/2 60 days out. If you need to change dates, sometimes we can do that , sometimes we cannot. DVCer's as a rule make reservations months in advance and Disney is very particular about when points can be used.
