We are just back from a one-week stay at Windsor Hills and rented from this site. We were in unit 301. Totally legitimate, and we were very pleased. We even ended up with a potentially major problem, but it was rectified quickly. Our key pad (to get us in the unit) died towards the end of our stay. It just completely stopped working unexpectedly. We were locked out of our condo in our bathing suits with no cell phones, money, car keys...nothing. (We were headed to the pool.) The front office had the number of the property manager (which we didn't have since all the paperwork was in the condo), and they let us use the phone. The property manager answered right away, explained where the back-up key was located, and she was there within the hour to try and fix it. Again, a potentially major problem that was relatively painless. This also gives credit to the Windsor Hills sales office - they were very helpful when really it was out of their "jurisdiction", so to speak.
While she was there, I pointed out a few minor things I had found in the unit (broken wheel in the dishwasher, more pool towels would be nice, etc), and she took notes and seemed genuinely interested in fixing all of these things. She had also called us earlier in the week to make sure everything was going okay (before the keypad incident). I really appreciated that.
The condo was very comfortable, just as the pictures described, and we were very very pleased. The pool is amazing, too. I would book again through this site without any hesitation.
