When renting from Alamo and picking up a car at the Disney car care center do they let you pick any car they have in a given category ie:midsize?

Can you do a rental for this location through Priceline or Hotwire?

We'd like to go to the resort on ME and rent from Alamo there then at the airport.

We weren't going to rent at al but seeing all the post about people having long waits for busses I'd prefer not standing waiting in the hot weather.

We'll be doing enough of that once in the parks.

TIA

I've been looking at renting a car once we're in Disney because the MCO rates are ridiculous. From what I've found, Priceline is only available from airport locations. For Hotwire you can rent from non airport locations, it seems that the rates for around Lake Buena Vista, are always in the $25 a day range, I've tried dates in June and in July and I always get the same amount.

We're going the third week of July and the best I've found is Dollar from the Regal Sun Resort, for $218 with taxes for 7 days, renting a compact, I also used the promo code of KISS2.

I tried Alamo and got $251 for the week, renting from car care center, using code 428488.

So I booked from Dollar and we'll just take the bus to DTD and walk over to get it. I know it's only a $30 difference, but it's the principle of it all. :rotfl:

My daughter asked me to put the banana so here it is. lol
