Renting DVC - UCT Tickets - Old Magic Bands Oh my!

So I just booked our August Disney Trip. We're renting DVC points and usually purchase park tickets through Under Cover Tourist.

The last trip to Disney (Sept 2013) we booked through Disney for long weekend at Pop - got our magic bands - linked our reservations and APs to MDE and had no problems scheduling reservations and FP+on MDE prior to trip.

This year - no AP. I just linked resort ressie to MDE. Can I re-use my magic bands from last trip? Will I be able to link my UCT park tickets to MDE before we arrive or have to wait until we get to Disney to have them change UCT tickets and add to our room key or magic bands?

And though we don't really use FP+ (only ride we really ever used FP for was TSM and if Dwarves Mine is open then I may try for that) will I be able to schedule FP+ without having our tickets linked to MDE?

I'm more curious for time purposes...really don't want to waste time at check in having to take care of all this.

You can use your old bands, but they will send you new ones anyway. You can use either.

You can link your UT tickets to MDE to make FP reservations from home. You can't book FP without attached tickets.
