We're spending more time discussing how the OP could have asked the question in a manner that suited the tastes of other posters....than we spent discussing the actual question.
OP, your question was fine as asked. And for others reading along, it's absolutely OK to ask about DVC rules and how they apply to renters. Some timeshares do allow some member benefits to transfer to renters, so it's a perfectly legitimate question. In fact, DVC does that right now with resort parking fees. I'd forgotten that when I posted my original answer.
So, for the future, let's try to avoid criticizing posters for asking questions, and jumping to conclusions about posters' intentions. It's not a good look for the board when a new poster asks a question and is treated as if they're up to something.
