Renting car while at POR

We are staying at POR and will be renting a minivan on the day we move to a non-Disney hotel, keeping it for three days, then returning it to the airport. I will be using my AmEx Membership Rewards points to pay for the van, so am limited to using Hertz, Enterprise, or Avis. Does anyone know which of the three would be located closest to POR, or which would be easiest and cheapest to get to for pickup of our van? Also, what are your experiences (good, bad) with using any of these three rental companies. I'm leaning towards Enterprise because they will bring the car to us or pick us up, but Enterprise charges $50 to return to a different location. I don't want to use my Membership Rewards points on this unless it is more convenient/time saving than the other two companies.

I know Avis is in one of the hotels on Hotel Blvd (possibly the Hilton?) and I believe Hertz is now at Shades of Green. It's fairly easy to get to either one to pick up your car, or you can arrange a van pickup with the agency.
