Renting BLT points around Halloween

Considering renting BLT points for one night in October. It would be Tuesday 10/27, the week of Halloween. Is BLT hard to come by due to the popularity of MNSSHP this time of year? Is BLT hard to come by in general? We'd likely work with David's and would prefer a studio as we're two adults. Just wondering how realistic this is. Thanks!

It is popular especially during event times at MK. Studios also go first and 1BR's are usually the easiest. For studios LV is the largest category and the most likely to be available.

Since availability changes continuously it's hard to say what might happen but the benefit you have is in only wanting one night. I'd definitely contact David's or an owner here on the board ASAP if you really want to try and book that.

We're going in October also and wanted BLT for the ease of walking to MK, where we'll be spending most of our time and also going to MNSSHP. I rented points thru David's site (fantastic company and great experience) I inquired in early January about a studio and there wasn't anything immediately available so I went on a waitlist. They did get us a reservation for a studio LV but I was starting to worry that I had waited to long and missed my opportunity at snagging a studio. The entire rental process was seamless and smooth. I'll definitely use them again for future trips.
