We are going to Disney and my parents will be down there. Since they are driving we don’t need a car but I need to rent car seats. Anyone know where I can? Kingdom strollers doesn’t have them listed online.

Found this just by googling it, so not sure quality or anything:

We typically just take our car seat on the trip with us. However, depending on number of seats needed that may not be efficient for you. When you check your bags, you can also check your car seats. I know Delta puts those on the plane for free. I would think most airlines do, but not sure.

This is completely my own personal opinion. I would never rent car seats or use car seats that I don't know the history of. I don't trust the rental companies to take care of things the way they are supposed to, nor to actually throw away and replace a seat if the vehicle has been in an accident of any kind.
I would either bring your own from home, send any you need with your parents, or just buy them at Walmart when you need them. That would probably be cheaper than renting one anyway.

This right here. There's no telling what they've been through when you get them from a rental company.

Depending on the age(s) of the children I would either bring your own and use it/them on the aircraft or have your parents' purchase. Cosco Seneca is around $40 - less than a 4-day rental.

You didn’t mention the ages of your kids, but check the FL rules vs your state. FL rules are slightly easier than my home state, and for one trip, the kid was eligible just to use a booster in FL based on height and age even though home didn’t allow that yet. So, we just got the booster since her mom thought she was ready for that. Cheaper and worked out great for us…. Though we heard complaints from the kid about the lack of cup holder…….

Yeah Id just purchase the cheapest(safe one) at the local Walmart and have your parents donate it when done. Probably be less than a rental. Lil PP mentioned Walmart has the Cosco Seneca for 49.99.

If your parents down a day or so ahead of you I would have seat/s ordered from walmart and have them pick them up. then have them sell or donate them when they return home

As others have suggested, buying car seats is usually the cheapest option. DD had the inexpensive Cosco seat at grandparents’ and in our second car with no problems. When she outgrew that, grandparents bought a cheap high back booster that we was given to friends when no longer needed. I do recommend you placing the order for them to pick up since the selection can be overwhelming for grandparents.

This may be a bonkers suggestion, but could your parents use a car seat in their car at all beyond this trip? You could always pick a decent one that's cheap to leave in their car.

Either bring your own or buy one there. Never rent a car seat or buy one 2nd hand. You dont know what has been used on them or if they've been in an accident.
