Renting 44 Points - All gone

I have a reservation at VWL in a one bedroom for 1/25-1/27. It uses 44 points. I can't use the reservation. Cost = $400.

Or would be willing to rent the 44 points for whatever resort needed. These are borrowed points and must be used by March 31, 2006.
