Renters not checking in??

Question for anyone out there.....just logged into the DVC member site and checked under completed vacations. I had rented a reservation for a family for the weekend but in the points used area it said 0. Generally it has always said the amount of points used to complete the reservation. I did try to touch base with them twice prior to their departure but never heard back. Wondering if they ever checked in?

Sounds more like an error. If they didn't check in, you would still have used (lost) your points for the reservation.

I had a couple of changes to a reservation last week while I was staying at WDW and noticed that my trip listed as zero. It is something to do with the system - not an indicator of checking in or not.

We had 3 December reservations, and they all are listed in the completed vacations with 0 points.
