Due to some unforeseen family issues that have come up, I had to cancel my trip in September. I decided to rent the points out (I've rented points out before). However after renting them, I noticed the reservation is not showing up on the mydisneyreservation website. I got the confirmation email from Disney however and called Member Services who confirmed everything was booked and all the names are spelled correctly.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm nervous the rentee may not be able to link this to their app or make fastpasses, etc. Any clue?
