Do any of these DVC rental places offer cancellation policies?
anyone have any experience they can share renting points?

Me being the renter. I need 3 nights and the pricing seems extremely cheap. my dates are in September and just in case life happens want to know my options. The one I looked at so far requires imm payment which is fine but no cancellation at all. Curious if this is the norm

The board sponsor DVC Rental Store offers cancellation insurance you can buy but dont know terms.

Majority of rentals are a risk for this reason as the don’t offer money back.

I believe it is the norm and the trade off for having the lower prices.

Just so that you're aware, just because a rental site has a calculator to estimate your cost, that does not guarantee availability. The only guaranteed availability on those websites would be confirmed reservations. So, if you're basing "extremely cheap" pricing on a BWV standard view studio or an AKV value studio, your chances of booking either for September are pretty much nill.

Thanks I didn’t know that and when I looked at available reservations it’s a different story

Those that do offer cancellation will reimburse you in credits, not cash. DVC rental store, for example... the closer you are to your trip the smaller the credit.
