Rental homes/condos/townhomes

We are taking our first trip to WDW in early Feb. (2007) Since we are a family of 6, it looks like the best option financially would be to rent a house, condo or townhome. We don't require a lot of frills, just a clean place where everything (appliances, plumbing, etc.) works with adequate service. Can anyone recommend a place 15 minutes or less from the parks, preferably under $70 per night?

For a nice Townhouse in a nice location I have stayed at www.orlando-rental-home.com not sure what rate you would get for Feb but I did get $75 a night once for a 3 week stay.

you are going accordingly to some in value season - but others are calling Feb - peak season - because of Spring break which doesn't even start until after President's week. so always check what the season is called.

always price 2 rooms - as well as suites for 6.

Thanks so much for all your help! I have tried several of the web sites y'all have suggested, and with a little negotiating and encouraging owners to compete for my business, I currently have 2 offers on the table that I am considering. I didn't quite hit my $65/night goal, but both offers are hovering around $70/night (all taxes/fees included), so I am very happy.
