Rental home recs?

I have a friend who is going to wdw with her family this fall. They have 13 in their party, I thought that they might do well in a house instead of hotel rooms. We've never stayed at a house when we went down there so I wanted to ask which ones you all would recommend. TIA!

With this site you get in contact with the owner and make arrangements. Often the owners have their own website where you can look at other photos of the house.

We are renting a 6 bedroom from there and have had a wonderful owner helping us and answering a lot of questions that we had.
