Rental Home near Disney

Hello All,
I have been lurking for a couple of years but now I really have a "reason" to spend time at disney ( according to the non-fans). My son will be 15 months old in September when we go for his frist trip.
My husband and I have been going 2-3 times a year for 8 years. I have stayed on site before but now that we have family joining us (around 20 people) we have decided to rent a house instead.

What is the best reasonable rental home company closest to disney without a time share presentation involved?

You can always get a Grand Villa and a couple of 2BR units at Old Key West, amybe some studios as well. Yes it is part of the Disney Vacation Club timeshare, but no timeshare presentation. A budget alternative to going thru CRO is to use the rent/ trade baord and have members of your party rent from DVC owners at roughly half the price charged thru CRO. Plus you're on site and can take advantage of all of the wonderful amenities of being on-site, like Disney transportation everywhere. The GV could give your group a central gathering place. I am sure that the Grand Gatherings folks at Disney will have lots of stuff to help you plan this.

We stayed in Windsor Palms at Christmas with 8. I first found the house on vbro.com, but I was very satified with this. The owners have their own website www.vacationhomesorlando.com

Windsor Palms is a large enough development close to WDW that has a lot of options, condos, townhouses and houses for rent. I'm sure you could put enough housing together for everyone at less cost than renting points for DVC (which I also love to do with just my family).

Hi! We have always stayed at key west to help cut down on the food bill ( we just cook our own food), but this year we are renting a house from fanfare properties. They have up to 7 bed houses w/ private pool and jacuzzi. I don't know about the service yet, but they have been very nice considering I have called them about 500 times asking questions.
