Rental Fee

I'm assuming I'm posting this in the wrong discussion, but I figure I may as well give it a shot. I need some help.

I'm going to rent some of my points to my cousin. I will make the reservation in her name. She is not a DVC member. I remember reading somewhere that non-DVC members will be charged a $95.00 fee upon check-in at the resort. Is this right? What is the fee for? Do they still get free transportation and Disney's Magical Express? Thanks everyone!

If you are the member and you are making a reservation to rent to someone else there is no fee for either party.

The $95 fee is for RCI incoming trades AND for members if they trade outside the DVC system, to a non-DVC Dsney resort, Concierge Collections, Buena Vista trading, outgoing RCI trdes and the Disney Collection (including cruises, non-DVC Disney resorts and Adventures by Disney.)

It does not apply to booking a DVC resort with DVC points.
