Rental company for adult wheelchair

Please forgive me as I know I have asked this in the past but I lost my notes. I need a manual wheelchair for my mom. I would like to have it delivered to the Poly. Suggestions?

Towards the bottom of post #2 in the disABILITIES FAQs thread lists offsite vendors. Some are "featured" and will utilize Bell Services for drop-off and return, others are "non-featured" and will meet with you directly.
