Rental Companies in California - Hitch Mounted Chair Carrier?

Is it possible to rent a hitch mounted chair carrier with a van rental anywhere in California? I'm trying to figure out the logistics of our trip. I would prefer to bring my own scooter and need a way to get it around. Can you rent hitch mounted carriers somewhere?
