Rental cars at Tampa International...

We are going to be renting in February at Tampa International Airport, driving from there to Orlando and then flying back out of Tampa.

I've used Dollar in Orlando, but wondering if Dollar is on terminal in Tampa or is it a shuttle service?

Any other good 'terminal access' rentals in Tampa?
