Rental care question .Does disny offer transportation to the care care center?

I have a rental car which I have to drop off there from the airport on our first day arriving. Does disney offere free trans back to the OKW? And the same on the back end of my vaca when I pick it up at the care care center . Can I get from the BWV free?

I do believe transportation is provided for you......

It's not Disney that offers the transportation. It's Alamo/National. They will take you to your resort or to any other on property location in their shuttle after you return your car. On your last day, just call them and they will come to pick up at BWV.

Just as an FYI, you also could have opted for the Dolphin as your pickup/drop off point and walked to/from there or taken the Epcot boat from S/D to BWV.

We will be taking DME from MCO-WDW and then staying in WDW for 10 or so nights. Then renting from Alamo or National and then going to the beach for a week.

My question:
How do you get picked up from your WDW resort by Alamo/National? Do you call them the night before to arrange it, or when you make the car rental ressie or what?
