There's one at the Dolphin&Swan and the WDW car care center.

Oh, and there are several at the hotels at the Hotel Plaza Boulevard close to Downtown Disney. Technically speaking that's on Disney property as well But I think (depending on where you are staying) the one at the Dolphin&Swan would be the most convenient. I usually don't have a car, but I rented there once
