Rental car drop off change location at desk?

I have a question- I booked a minivan through Budget in January at their special of 199 a week base- I will be there 2 weeks total, and originally wanted to rent a van for one week,then drop it somewhere in or near Disney property, then take a taxi t the airport on the day we go home...but online rental wouldn't allow me to book that for the 199 rate- so I booked for the 2,and will have it for 2 weeks...still less than the other quotes for just one week-
So I called Budget,and asked if I could get a rate like i have,on the 1 week, drop off at Dis. area, he said no, but to ask when we picked up the car, to drop it at the near-Dis place- and he said they would let us do that,when we were there in person,with no extra charge....
What I'm wondering,if we have the car booked for 2 weeks,and we show up to get it,,and drop off in Dis, do you think they'd let us?without extra charge?

C'mon...anyone? I seriously don't have enough experience with renting a car to know for sure if this might work, what if I booked a car for just one week,and then, while picking it up, I asked if i could return it to the Dis area instead,policy/procedures for things like this? Or even better,any experience i changing a drop off place like this? I don't know why it won't allow a drop off at a different place in the same town online.....

I've never done it but would expect that when you return the vehicle half-way through the reservation, they'll charge you the prevailing per day or per week rate, rather than the discounted rate associated with the two week reservation. That's what I would going into this expecting, at least.

There is no drop off charges for rental cars in the State of Florida (when pick up and drop off are both in Florida). So you can drop it off at a different location without any extra charge.

You shoud be able to book for one week. However, call Budget and have them make the change. If you wait until you get to the counter, your reservation will be rebooked at that's day's rate (and you may lose the $199 per week). Call ASAP, and ensure your weekly rate doesn't change.
