Rental Car Code ? (vacOutlet)

Anyone use that Vacationoutlet code recently? Did you have to prove you where a customer of theres? And How?

I set this up several months ago, (for national) and it was open then. Now it says for use by our customers only. What proof do they ask for? You set it up still by yourself.
