Rental car- additional driver?

Hi! Can someone tell me which onsite rental companies at mco offer a free additional driver? I know Alamo does with various codes or coupons and I know being a emerald club member w/National i can get a family member for free. However, I am taking a trip w/a friend Aug 15-22, and we both drive. We usually use Alamo (we do a friends trip every year), but I was wondering if anyone knew of other companies that would offer a free additional driver. I figured I would post here before I search and plug in different codes. Thanks for the help!

Check the Mousesavers.com rental car section. A lot of the companies offer a free additional driver with various codes. The best rate we've found is using the Orlando Magicard discount at Thrifty.com. The code is on the Mousesavers page. Free additional driver and it's $100 less than every other agency. I'll keep checking as our date approaches (August 11) but right now it's by far the best deal.

Here are a couple of more ways to add a non-spose as an additional driver for free:

If you use the AAA code for Hertz, then all AAA members are free add'l drivers.

If you are insured by USAA, then if you use the USAA code, any other person also insured by USAA is free with Hertz, Avis or Budget.

Co-workers on a business trip are often allowed as add'l drivers for free with many companies (such as Budget).

Also note that non-spouse add'l drivers are usually not automatically included; you need to show the license for both drivers and have it entered into the contract, even if you have an "express" membership of some kind.

Budget does not require you to show a license for an addtional driver. They told me that he is allowed to drive the car even though I rented it. I just rented a Jeep from them in April. I do have the Rapid Rez (free)....

Dollar has a free additional driver if you use the Magic card corp code that is on the mousesavers site. You can print the Magic card online.
