Yes, and yes. Aulani lagoon is also MUCH more crowded and busy.

So is the algae what we were seeing when we flew over? From the air, it looks almost like a reef. By the time we got to Aulani (after 10 days on other islands), my kids thought the lagoon looked so boring, we never actually set foot in it :/ But sounds like we didn't miss much. We had an absolute ball snorkeling other places!!

Yes, the brown is algae. It moves around a lot. Hope it dies off soon!
