Rent a car or cab to Sea World (need car seat)?

I'm debating on adding another day to our August vacation next year so that we can go to Sea World (my husband was asking to possibly go). We will have my 2 yr old DS with us but we aren't bringing a car seat (flying with CARES harness if he fits into it, if not then we will have a car seat so this won't matter). So my question is, do I rent a car with a car seat or get a cab with a car seat? We only need the car for that day as we like using Disney transportation. Also, anyone know where are the places I could rent the car and what the average cost would be? I think I'm leaning more towards the rental only so that we can come and go as we please with the car seat in it instead of waiting on cabs that have a car seat. TIA!!!
