I have priced up renewing vows at Disney but to be honest found them too expensive. I was then reading through "A Brits Guide" and spotted that you can book these vows at the Garden Grill in Epcot. Has anyone done this? :thumbsup2

Dont think you can actually do them in a restaurant, although you can certainly do them at Epcot.

It would be the same price as a disney wedding/vow renewal though, im getting married at the Yacht Club in Dec so i know how expensive it can be!!!

Have you thought about the swan/dolphin? they have weddings too, through a company called just marry i believe. Take a look on the weddings board on the Dis - there is a swan/dolphin FAQ sticky thread!

That sounds like the Rehitchin' Ceremony to me, which most definitely isn't a wedding vow renewal :teeth:

I don't think Disney has offered this for a while though - have you got a current version of the Brit's Guide there?

It was more or less a bit of fun for couples not minding a bit of embarassment ;)

It was great fun but not a formal ceremony. All the characters appearing came along for a photo op and the cast member read out a fairly silly vow but the thought was there. Afraid they stopped this a couple of years ago - suspect it got too popular as it was free. We were very glad to have done it when we had the chance.

Have you looked at the small wedding chapels?

DH and I re-newed our vows at www.royalchapel.com in March.
We did the 'Sealed with a Kiss' ceremony, including a limo, for around £350 :thumbsup2

Okay, so it wasn't Disney but we all had a great day and had a meal, with all our friends, at 'Hard Rock Cafe once we'd been back to the villa to get changed :sunny:

We did notice a couple of other chapels on our travels but I was recommended, on the Weddings Board, the Royal Wedding Chapel :lovestruc

Virgin do renewal packages through the website and the weddings brochure. I think they start from around £300.
