Agree that the disneyweddings site is the best place to start looking, and perhaps start a wishbook for ideas of costs etc. The Vow Renewal is the same as a wedding in Disney's eyes, so use the wedding option on the site. I believe max 18 guests for an 'Intimate' wedding, and a minimum of 10 for a 'Custom' wedding.
The downside is that you can't do anything formal with Disney until 12 months prior to your event, when they will pencil you in, then at 8 months prior you are actually confirmed. I hate being in limbo - I know what date, time, location, cake, extra's, flowers that we want, but can't do anything for another 3 months plus - agggrh! Think most people on here find that the most frustrating part of a Disney wedding, but we just have to go with the flow!
Have fun planning!

Yes, you have to have a min of 4 nights at a Disney hotel already booked before you can book your wedding or VR. If you have the Intimate package, then there is a selection of flowers to choose from that are already included (bride's bouquet and groom's buttonhole), also a 2 tier cake included (with several flavours to choose from) with a keepsake Mickey and Minnie cake topper. Virgin's wedding package also includes the officiant's fee, Disney photographer, his 'n' her's watches, flutist, and 4 consecutive hours limo useage. If you check out their site, it has some info for 2007

Yes, I'm having a big dress - but it's the one I wore for our original wedding 10 years ago.

If there's anything else you need to know, just ask!

Boston is beautiful. Early fall IMO is the best. I live almost exactly in the middle of Boston and (the beginning of)Cape Cod. It is a tough decision on where I like better.
