How much does it cost to renew an AP??

Below are the contents of an e-mail I just received from Disney regarding AP's. Hope this helps.

Reduced rates are offered to guests who renew their current Annual Passports by
the expiration date. The prices for the renewal of both our Annual and Premium
Annual Passports are as follows (prices and entitlements are subject to change
without notice):

ANNUAL PASSPORT RENEWAL
Guest $309.00 + tax = $327.54
Ages 3-9 $263.00 + tax = $278.78

PREMIUM ANNUAL PASSPORT RENEWAL
Guest $419.00 + tax = $444.16
Ages 3-9 $356.00 + tax = $377.39

Also, although it is not currently possible to order Annual Passport renewals
online, they may be purchased in advance by writing to:

Please indicate the number and type of ticket media desired, and include a check
or money order (in U.S. Dollars, made payable to Walt Disney World Co.) for the
amount of purchase, plus the following postage and handling charges:

$3 for regular delivery (within two to three weeks of receipt of order)
$10 for express delivery (within five business days of receipt of order; not
available for orders overseas)

Phone orders using American Express, The Disney Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card, Diners Club, or JCB Card may also be placed by calling
407-824-4321.

When renewing by phone or by mail, guests are sent certificates that must be
redeemed for actual admission passes on their next visit to one of our theme
parks. This transaction may be performed at any main entrance Tickets or Guest
Relations location. Certificates must be purchased by the expiration date of a
current pass and are valid for one year from the date the previous pass expired.

Renewals "must be purchased by the expiration date of a current pass and are valid for one year from the date the previous pass expired."

You don't get a voucher. The renewal goes into affect THE DAY AFTER your current AP expires,no grace period!

If you are a DC member, the price to renew is a few dollars less. I think it's still $316 with tax included for the regular Annual Passport.
