Renew fantasy pass & get 6 mths free or get dream pass BOGOF?

I have a dream annual pass (expires March 2009). DH + DD1 have fantasy passes which expire later in May. We are going next week & will renew theirs while we are there.

My dilemma is :

Disney have written to us offering 6 mths free added to DH & DD1's annual passes if we renew. Cost 258 euro. Can't get into the park on Friday 9th & can't use EMH - although I don't see us making it to the park before 10am!

DH buy a dream pass & get a free one for DD (she is 6). Cost 179 euro. Just wondering if this offer is available to people with previous passes.

I think the dream passes is the way to go, but an extra 80 euro will get them up to end Nov 2009.

Any thoughts?

We will probably be back in November 2008.

I don't know if the free offer is available to people who have previously held a pass. If it isn't, perhaps you could consider renewing to get the 6 months free but at the same time pay extra to upgrade them to Dream passes (if possible)?

Someone with actual experience may be able to confirm but my instinct tells me that the offer is not for those with existing passports.
I guess guest services would probably allow this but whether the AP bureau would check is another matter

It will get picked up automatically by the computer. Our original passes had been expired over a year by the time we bought our existing ones in October yet the computer brought my details up as soon as the CM started to enter the new application form.

They gave me this option when i renewed mine with 4 months free
