Renaissance World Gate-Bus Transportation

I have stayed at the Renaissance World Gate a few times, but have never used their transportation to the parks. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I stayed there in Oct. 2002 and used their shuttle on two days. It has a very limited schedule - if I remember correctly it only has 2 departure and 2 pick-up times. Departures are both in the a.m. I want to say 9:00 and 10:30 but I'm not sure if that is correct. Evening pick up is I believe 4:30 and 30 min. after Epcot closes. I know that the last pick-up is at Epcot only, never used the earlier pick-up. The Epcot drop-off and pick-up is in a stall adjacent to the All-star resort bus stops. The driver will ask for your room # and # in party, tell you the pick up time and stall #. It was really pretty convenient. The bus is nice with comfortable reclining seats, adjustable air-conditioning and even a couple of drop down movie screens with Disney movies. When I stayed there the hotel was nearly empty and the shuttle (which services at least 3 different hotels) never had more than 10 people on it. Not sure if it gets crowded during busier times or not. There is no charge for the shuttle however the drivers do appreciate tips. I hope this helped, and if you happen to stay during a busy time and use the shuttle I hope that you will post your experiences.

How was the hotel in general & the pool? How long does it take to get to each of the parks when driving yourself or riding the shuttle? Thanks!
