Has anyone stayed at the Renaissance Seaworld? We are thinking of a weekend here next month. We love the Universal resorts and wonder how it compares to them? Can anyone give me any info about the resort or have photos to share? Thanks for any help!

I found this thread when searching for the same info. dsmom was looking for a year and a half ago. Unfortunately she got no response and I don't see much else out there. Anyone stayed there recently and have an opinion? If you have pictures I'd love to see them. Thanks!

We are staying there 3/31-4/8 coming up. We did a google after seeing there great deal for hotel tx and free dinning for 1 day. Google had them rated at 4 of 5 stars. The have over 800 reveiws online when you Google them. We usally stay at Disney All Star or Swan and this is shown as better none the less the free morning buffett. We also requested a Roll away and they threw that in at no charge. This is a 1 bed suite.

Where did you find that they have a free breakfast buffet? I've searched and could not find that info. We would consider staying there instead of Residence Inn if breakfast is included. Thanks!

Thanks for posting! During our time frame it would be $1275 for that package not including Seaworld tickets. If we booked through Seaworld Vacations it is $1147 for the same dates including tickets to Seaworld and one day of All Day Dining but no breakfast buffet. We are paying $925 for 6 nights at the Residence Inn with tickets/dining and the breakfast buffet. Of course, it is not as nice as the Renaissance LOL!

I stayed there a couple of years ago right after the renovation. It's a lovely hotel in walking distance from SW.

I stayed at this resort last year. The rooms are really nice and are huge! I think it is the largest (non-suite) room I've seen in Orlando.

It is directly across the street from Seaworld. So if you are going to any of the Seaworld parks, it is worth it.

They have "scheduled" shuttles to the Universal parks.

We stayed there about 3 or 4 years ago for a couple of nights but for some reason I dont remember too much about our room. I do remember the lobby was enormous and that we all liked the hotel very much. It is a walk through the parking lot to get to Seaworld . I don't recall eating there but I do remember a poolside bar where we had a few frozen drinks. I know I have not been much help but like I said we all liked it very much.
