I just made reservations at the Renaissance Orlando for a couple of nights in December prior to our checking in at BCV. I got a special holiday rate of $139 for a club level room - the special holiday rate was $119 for the standard room so I thought I would go for it. Has anyone stayed at the club level here and if so could you describe it to me? Thanks!

Also am planning on going to the Sunday brunch there as I have read it is very good - would love to hear comments on it as well.

Thanks
Liz

We got that hotel for $40/night on Priceline last time we were in Orlando. It is a nice hotel--not the nicest Renaissance hotel I've ever stayed at, but nice. I especially liked the ultra quite rooms with the soaps and lotions from Bath and Body Works!

We didn't stay on club level, nor did we have the brunch because it wasn't a Sunday. Sorry I couldn't help with these.

Renaissance Orlando Resort SeaWorld?? I think it's very nice. There is a review of it with pictures on this month's online newsletter at www.orlandotripplanner.com - just click on Newsletter and that should take you there. I'd say 139.00 is a great price for club level and if this is the resort you are talking about, you can't beat the walk across the street to SeaWorld.

By the way, the Renassance Orlando Resort SeaWorld is not the same hotel as the Renaissance World Gate - the World Gate doesn't get as good reviews as the SeaWorld location.
