Remy's birthday and.....Silver Egg Cake???

We'll be celebrating a birthday at Remys on our upcoming cruise. I just saw a YouTube video that showed the waiter bring a giant silver egg shaped dish to the table. He opened it up and inside was a beautiful chocolate cake/torte with Happy Birthday written in french on it. Does anyone know anything about this? How to arrange it? Cost for the cake? I dont see it offered on the website. TIA for any help.

We received one in September for our anniversary. We didn't arrange it, I think our celebration was just in the system.
