Remy question?

I have ressies at chefs de France on one of our evenings at 830... Do you think we will see fireworks? I have heard you can from the windows. Also, what times does remy come around? Thx.

Remy will be gone by that time of the evening, I believe.

As for fireworks, I don't know - maybe you can kinda sorta see some from the front room - but I wouldn't think it would be much of a view. There are small kiosks in front of the restaurant along the lagoon, that seem like they would be right in your line of sight towards the globe.

i agree, any fireworks view would be limited. if remy is important, i'd have your concierge call them when you arrive. he is on a very set schedule, but i believe it varies. when we saw him he was only appearing at certain times from lunch, and concluding by 5pm. w/out the info from the concierge we would have missed him. definitely a nice addition to the meal, and worth making... and properly arranging, your time for.

. . . Monday-thru-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
. . . he makes one trip each time
. . . you cannot get up to see him
. . . you must wait for him to come to the table

I'm glad I came across this thread. I had no idea what times Remy made his appearance. Just made a reservation for lunch for my up coming trip.
