Any news on CM previews? My friends got in on either AP and DVC. I assume CM is FL based only but was hoping for a miracle lol. I will be in Epcot October 1st but that might be a madhouse.

They are having a signup on Monday morning at 00:00. It is only for CMs. We are not allowed to bring any guests which has some CMs upset! They are also offering a magical experience for CMs to enter and can bring 3 guests with them. Sounds like they will have a lot of these experiences. Doesn't say anything about retirees.

I am bummed a bit, as DVC was only given 3 days. APs were offered many days, but I have been hoping to buy an AP for 6 months, but they won't sell me one, lol. And CM I figured would not work for a non local retiree.

I just read on the Disney Retiree site that any retiree in the park on September 2 can show their ID and be admitted to the ride. I do not know when it was first posted.

Now through September 2, 2021, Disney Retirees who are at Epcot® with a valid Disney Park Pass Reservation and a valid Company-issued ID will be allowed to experience the attraction.

Did my CM preview and it was cute. We got to ride it as many times as we wanted to. I entered a Magic Backstage contest and won a day to take 3 guests with me. Going on the 15th since I will be there enjoying my free hotel stay with my sister. My daughter and her husband will be enjoying his free night stay too so they are going with me and my sister. They can’t wait. Glad they are giving retirees a chance to check it out. Too bad they don‘t give them a few extra days to do this.
