Booked through hotels.com yesterday. Saved about $40 or so. YAY! So I realized I have no Disney confirmation number to do online check-in. Call hotels.com. They say call POP and find out. So I called POP. My reservation isn't in the system yet, call back tomorrow. Ok that's cool, I understand. So I called back today. Nope, still nothing, but the lady was SOOOOO nice. She tells me to call hotels.com back and they have to call the wholesale line. Ok that's no biggie. Call back, and get put on hold or "3-5 minutes" 20 minutes later I gave up and hung up. Called back again, and they call not the wholesale number, but POP. Guess what-they don't have the stinkin number. OK DUH!! I just gave up after that.
