This is NOT a rumor or news. It's about an Attraction in a Park, ie the name of this board, Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies. The attraction and its location has already been announced for the the MK, so it's NOT a rumor and I wasn't giving news about same either. I was only questioning logistics for the coming attraction.
Not sure if or when it will actually be built, but to allow for the expected massive crowds whenever it does open, I was wondering if they were going to have to relocate a portion of the Tomorrowland Speedway track to widen and expand the existing sidewalk on the East side of the track and next to Space Mountain. I know it wont be done, but some sort bridge over the Railroad track would seem to make since as well.
I highly doubt WDW wants a bottleneck of traffic in front of Space Mountain, so a wide bridge over the railroad track seems to make since. However, the sight of an 1840's vintage train going by while in Tomorrowland on the way to ride Tron would seem to take away from the ambiance and Walt's vision.
