Reliable Rental Car Agency near Seaworld

I'm looking for a reliable rental car agency near Seaworld. Possibly near the new Towneplace Suites at Seaworld. I'd prefer an agency not housed in a hotel. I've read the hours of operation of those are not really reliable. Any suggestions or previous experiences are greatly appreciated!
