I love that moment, it just sounds like it was so sweet. The Tarzan moment was priceless, but I confess, after I really thought about it, that Aladdin moment with Nemo did come to mind.![]()
I think we were so looking forward to them that they just didn't live up to our expectations, oh well.Bummer on the Goofy's pretzels, I love those. Could be the toppings, like you said.
And I agree, I love Buzz, but it's a buzzkill (ha ha ha) to go on it after Toy Story Mania. Still love it though. Two of Mom's favorites.![]()
A lot of people don't think Le Cellier lives up to the hype. I went to Coral Reef not expecting much and was okay with the food. I like the atmosphere much better.I'm guessing 30 hat photos! To see the side by side comparison with weight loss will be so fun!
I am with Laura on the Kona thing -- love love love it! It's totally our favorite place to go these days!
While I enjoyed both of those things, I can certainly see how they did not live up to the hype. The are hyped an awful lot.
For me, Le Cellier and Coral Reef did not live up to the hype.
I have to agree, Illuminations is no Wishes. It's just not the same.Hat guess: 33. Just because I like that number and I know you can take a lot of pictures.![]()
What didn't live up to the hype for me? I wish I could say Stitch's Great Escape, but I don't think that had any hype to begin with. I think for me, it would be Illuminations. I like the lasers and fireworks and I love the music, but it just doesn't wow me like Wishes does.![]()
I can't wait to see your whole costume ensemble!
Looking forward to what you think.17 is my new guess.
What didn't live up to the hype.... I got to think about this perhaps in class tonight...
I don't think I have ever really heard about Mickey's Backyard BBQ. It doesn't sound lik emuch fun to me that is for sure. What didn't live up to the hype for me: Mickey's Backyard BBQ.
To be fair it was raining like crazy so what should have been an enjoyable open air boat ride left me completely soaked before I'd even gotten there.
There wasn't much to choose from for us food wise so we all left hungry, DH and I don't drink wine or beer so the all you can drink thing was a bust and while the entertainment was great, we were soaked too much to fully enjoy it and it was a free-for-all if you could get your kids close enough to meet the characters.
I'm glad we did it but we won't ever go again.
I agree with you there on Illuminations. I loved the school bread the first time I ate it and then the second time it just was "meh". Not great, I wasn't very happy about that.My DMIL and DSIL would completely agree with you on Buzz. They thought it was "cute" but they expected TSM when they got on it.
For me, the first time I saw it, Illuminations. It was our first trip and while I thought it was nice, it wasn't "Wow!". We didn't see Wishes that trip, so I had nothing to compare it to, but it didn't make the "Must Do" list for the next trip.
However, since then, it has REALLY grown on me and now I really like it!
I also didn't think schoolbread was all that great. It was good, but it's too donut-y for me to be something special. Joe loves it though!
I'm excited to see your costume!!!
