Two questions..hypothetical of course :rolleyes1 Looking for responses...

1. How would you react if your boyfriend called you up and confessed he cheated on you a week ago and has gonorrhea as a result? Assume the relationship is a little over two months old.

2. Let's say he reacts by saying he is shocked, but he loves you and that will never change. Then the rest of the week every time you talk on the phone he is nicer than usual and sounds happier than ever....what would you think???

1. I'd say "see ya" and have aboustely no regrets about it.

2. I'd say he's tring to get back in your (hypothetically, of course) pants.

3. Have you been tested?

I would say first of all, go and get yourself checked out. Do not wait!

Second of all, it smells too fishy to me.

First of all, go get tested and tell the dr to test for everything. If that doesn't humiliate you enough, I don't know what will.

Is your relationship 2 months old, or the affair he ha was 2 months old?

ALso, why do people not protect themselves with condoms?Woo hoo if you are on the pill or something, but it can't protect you from stds that could have last effects.

Seeing as you don't have very much time invested in this relationship I would say Adios. I wouldn't really care why he acts so happy but probably so you don't dump him. I would definitely be seeing my doctor ASAP!

1. Dump his lying, cheating behind.

2. Get yourself tested.

3. Save yourself this headache and use a condom next time.

If anyone cheats on me the relationship is over. I dont' care if it is a week old or 20 years and 10 kids old. That is something I would never give a second chance on.

As for the STD, I am Walter Wrap-It-Up for a while in a new relationship, even if she is one birth control, until we both get tested. You never know exactly how dirty she may be (or he if you are a lady).

i totally agree :thumbsup2
i know tons of people will argue that everyone makes mistakes. true. but there are still consequences to the action.

I believe if you give your situation some serious thought you will come to the conclusion this is not the right person for you - you deserve better. You do need to be tested right away.

I think he's trying compensate for being an a**. I've seen it tons of times with friends of mine who've been cheated on. The guy is sweeter than ever, they take him back and 6 months later, he's cheating again. You've already wasted 2 months on this guy...don't waste another minute.

1. Bye-bye, no good cheat.

2. Hello, doctor.

3. Don't answer the phone from cheater pants.

if it was me.. I would be calling him and playing this in the phone

Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more, no more, no more, no more.

:rolleyes1

What is he shocked about? That he got caught?

2 months isn't long enough to give this second thoughts. I would walk. And head to a doctor myself. You deserve better than that.

Amen! :thumbsup2

:rotfl:

OP, I seriously hope you're not (hypothetically) planning on staying with this guy?? I'm a pretty picky person but I would think cheating and gonorrhea would be on anyone's hit-the-road list, especially after 2 months. The beginning of a relationship is when he should be wanting to get in YOUR pants (not saying always letting them in, just them wanting to ;) ) and not even recognizing other people's pants (or lack thereof).

If your not married you shouldn't be having sex.
