At that price its gotta be a small contract, so effectively another $10-$20 per point on top with the CAF. No thank you

It felt like a higher offer than I was initially thinking, that's why I requested they pay the CAF. Broker said the offer was too low and they wouldn't counter.

I offered the same ppp but seller only paying half of CAF. I was told my offer was unreasonable. It was higher than I really wanted to offer but for such a small contract it wasn't that much $ so thought it was worth a shot. It makes me feel better that I wasn't the only one thinking along those lines

I think it’s even crazier that we can see what the average price per point is for a given contract size via multiple sources. And they still tell us we’re being unreasonable lol.

No offer that is above the average sale price of a resort is unreasonable. I can understand them getting snippy with someone lowballing them, but come on.

I believe DVCFL has the average for that size as $155. I felt like $150 was at least in the ballpark, maybe would receive a counter

I think $150 deserves a counter. But honestly, I would love to add a small BCV contract but the math just doesn't make sense at $150 let alone $168.

No, someone said to put in a BCV offer. I was kidding saying I did and got the offer accepted. I did not get an AKL contract yet.
