rehitching on holidays

At the moment we're planning on having Thanksgiving dinner at Garden Grill at Epcot. I'd also like to do the re-hitching.

Does anyone know if they do the rehitching ceremonies on holidays like Thanksgiving??

I was just telling my daughter I made ps at the Garden Grill for the ice cream social for our up coming Thanksgiving week trip. I requested the rehitching as a suprise for my husband. I can't wait. I didn't know they do rehitching at dinner. Hmmm. Dinner sounds much better. The cm said it is only done at the Garden Grill at the socials. Should I be calling back to double check? Has anyone done a dinner rehitching?

just guessing here, but i would think they would do the rehitchin' at dinner. it is a lot of fun! we have not been lucky enough to have mickey and minnie as "attendants." when you book the dinner and mention to the CM about the rehitchin', don't be surprised if the CM does not know what you are wanting. just make sure they note it on the PS. and a good rule of thumb is to mention it when you check in for your meal. happy eating!
